About the Role
Accounting Professional will represent Accounts Payable and Travel Expenses team in Global
Projects and Initiatives that are focused on implementation of new processes and systems within
Finance department.
Accounting Professional has to ensure implementation of an efficient and high-quality process in
close cooperation with Sourcing, Finance and Accounts Payable Team. Overview of the end-to-end
process and best practises within industry are crucial.

Key responsibilities:
• 50% of time support daily operational tasks to ensure retention of knowledge about systems
and current processes
• Act as default point of contact for projects
• Understanding of big picture and dependencies from other functions and locations
• Actively support definition and implementation of automated and simplified process and
system
• Manage and drive completion of the project plan and RAIDs (Risk, Actions, Issues, Decisions)
• Ensure appropriate business resources and skills are involved during project from Accounts
Payable side
• Foster effective teamwork and transparency within the project
• Ensure overall deliverables meet expectations
• Align with the Change management strategy for day to day stakeholder management
• Able to make operational business decisions and bear responsibility
• Drive simplifications of processes and systems via CI tools, turn ideas into practice, test and
communicate these changes to wider audience
• Preparation of presentations and present for wider audience
• Any other ad hoc tasks as required from time to time

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree in the area of finance, banking, accounting, economics with relevant
working experience of min. 3 years in any above field or
• Secondary Economic School or Secondary Grammar School with at least 5 years of
working experience in the area of finance, accounting, administration
• Advanced accounting knowledge (Understanding of balance sheet accounts, P&L
accounts, control accounts and the link between these accounts. Understanding of
bookings made by AP team and its effect on statements)
• Good technical knowledge and strong analytical skills
• Relevant experience from project participation
• Professional knowledge in MS Office tools
• Coupa/SAP/Oracle knowledge is an advantage
• Language skills: English fluent written and spoken, any other European language is an
advantage
• Experience working in an international multicultural environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities
• Strong service and client orientation
• Strong decision making skills
