You will be part of the newly created Learning Delivery Services Team in HR Shared Service Centre. The team is based in Bratislava and is supporting Swiss Re employees all around the world. The focus of the role is to enhance learner experience and make it as seamless as possible. You will be responsible for managing participants in training programs and distribute agendas, pre-readings, reports, certificates and other Organization and People Development (OPD) deliverables. You will also act as a first point of contact for your colleagues and answering the questions about program availability, eligibility criteria and other related queries. You will get a chance to network and build relationships with learning specialists and other teams within Swiss Re (Logistics, Communications, local HR teams etc.). In addition, you will gain the technical knowledge by working with several systems and platforms (Success Factors, Qualtrics, SharePoint and others).
If successful, you will have an opportunity to contribute to interesting HR initiatives and projects with a global impact. Within the team, you will have possibilities to explore various HR sections and participate in job rotations. You will also have chance to improve and develop your skills (soft skills, technical skills), thanks to trainings offered by Swiss Re Academy.

The team is responsible for the planning, organization and delivery of various people development and learning initiatives as well as programs. This includes classroom and digitized learning as well as other types of deliverables for the unit Organisational & People Development (OPD).
