Job description, responsibilities and duties

The team is responsible for the planning, organization and delivery of various people development and learning initiatives as well as programs. This includes classroom and digitized learning as well as other types of deliverables for the unit Organisational & People Development (OPD).

•Ensures that Training get delivered timely through the right channels to employees and clients across the globe.
•Coordinates the operation and maintenance of client registrations and attendance reports, standard reports, certificates and other Organisation and People Development (OPD) deliverables in different systems and platforms (Success Factors, Qualtrics, SharePoint and others).
•Helps to coordinate/organize/deliver digitized and virtual OPD services and solutions in close partnership with internal experts and services (e.g. Logistics, Communications etc...) and external vendors.
•Coordinates and administrates learning and development platforms.
•Acts as a main point of contact for all kinds of queries related to OPD
•Works closely with external and /or internal subject matter experts to ensure smooth delivery of global services

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

•Ability to solve issues, and provide conflict resolution if needed
•Fluency in English both written and verbal is required, other language is advantage
•Previous experience in Learning and Development advantageous, but not a condition
