Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will act as a subject matter guide, handling the end to end planning and delivery for all our learning initiatives. You will be as well involved in other Organisation & People Development areas, where you will collaborate very closely to plan, market and execute global and regional solutions delivery. - Through strong project management you steer and co-ordinate the planning, organization and delivery for all OPD learning and development initiatives
- Management of vendors and suppliers for training delivery tasks including contracts and oversight of budget
- Preparation, curation and updating of support materials, including digital formats / platforms and when required moderate on-line sessions.
- Partner with OPD colleagues in order to strategically outline the delivery approach for OPD global solutions within each region.
- Point of contact for OPD execution, including handling the demand planning, registration and applications for participants
- Ensure high quality of services and a smooth collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within OPD

About the team:
We in OPD are responsible for the planning, organization and delivery of various people development and learning initiatives and programs. This includes blended, classroom and digitized learning as well as other types of deliverables such as Strategic Resourcing, Talent Management, Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft Word - advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• Around 3 years of experience, preferably in Learning & Development area
• Strong IT/ Digital skills (MS Office/ SharePoint/ Learning Technology/Knowledge platforms)
• Experienced in creation and/or maintenance of on-line learning / content creation platforms
• Good project management skills, including managing global delivery projects is preferred
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment of a global matrix organization with changing priorities
• Passionate about education, learning and development
• Strong language skills - English as a must, German a strong advantage
