Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Digital Solutions Partner you are responsible for the implementation of innovative, impactful and user friendly digitised learning and talent development solutions. You manage these projects in close collaboration with in-house experts and external vendors' end-to-end. Together with your colleagues from Organisation & People Development (OPD) you will support and create learning and knowledge products aimed for helping business growth and effective development of Swiss Re employees and clients.

Your main responsibilities include:
• Coordinate and manage digitised solution projects for a global audience
• Oversee design, development, quality assurance, delivery, reporting and administration of eLearnings and other innovative learning solutions
• Consult internal stakeholders and SMEs on modern learning approaches to find the most impactful channels
• In-house content production with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) and other content creation tools
• Manage, operate and maintain the learning platforms (SuccessFactors LMS, Jive, SharePoint)
Further activities include:
• Manage external eLearning and platform vendors
• Constant screening of the market and implementation of new learning tools, technologies, solutions and platforms
• Ensure delivery standards are met in all products delivered and manage audits needed for quality control/quality monitoring in learning administration
• Constant improvements of processes and standards

Closely collaborate with the OPD Specialists to manage end-to-end global rollouts of critical learning programs as deemed necessary by OPD leadership.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills

• Around 5 years of experience in digitised learning, ideally complemented by experience in project management and instructional design
• Typically with University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Instructional design, Business Administration, Economics and/or Human Resources
• Subject Matter Expertise in the area of digitised learning, learning technologies, tools and platforms.
• Very Solid IT skills (MS Office, Adobe Photoshop; ideally experienced with SAP SuccessFactors , Articulate, Captivate, MS SharePoint, Jive, InDesign, iOS)
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Experienced working in an integrated and winning way with the business' agenda and including various stakeholders
• Experienced to work in a global matrix organization and a dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment that requires risk awareness
• Strong execution and result focus
