The primary focus of this role is to provide professional, pro-active administrative support to the Life Capital Chief Technology and Operations Officers leadership team. The post holder will be required to support other senior members of Life Capital as the need arises on an ad hoc basis.

Role Accountabilities:
•To support CTOO in promoting operations and technology best practice across Life Capital
•To positively demonstrate Swiss Re's Leadership/Personal effective behaviours - responsibility to clients, shareholders and employees to achieve and maintain world-class performance
•To take personal accountability for the success of initiatives and of the Swiss Re's business goals

Key Responsibilities
•Provide personal support to the Life Capital CTOO leadership team
•Coordinate diaries and schedule meetings
•Arrange travel itineraries including planning, expenses, itineraries, etc
•Issue correspondence and meeting minutes
•Organize events and workshops as well as Townhall meetings
•Create reports and internal and external presentations
•Handle general enquiries, or transfer them to the appropriate alternative personnel
•Support maintenance of the Share-Point- , Ourspace- and Intranet sites.
•Manage ad hoc requests from an end-to-end perspective as needed
•Support the Life Capital CTOO Executive Assistant as required
•Manage own workload effectively to achieve agreed service/ business standards
•Assist in the on and off-boarding of staff

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

•Fluent English minimum other languages an advantage

Professional Experience
•Multiple years of experience of working with and providing support to Senior Management (ideally within an Operations department)
•Strong interpersonal skills, interacting with others effectively and managing stakeholders expectations
•Self-motivated, well organized and efficient, setting adequate priorities
•Quality, attention to detail and solution oriented; persistent and thorough
•Ability to handle confidential information appropriately, to cope effectively with multi-task work situations as well as to work independently and to work under pressure
•You have strong social and presentation skills; able to demonstrate a clear and articulate standard of written and verbal communication
•You are happy working independently and collaborate strongly and actively with other team members as required especially in a virtual environment across multiple locations

You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel is important
