Job description, responsibilities and duties

The role will have a large area of responsibility with a particular focus on the following key areas:
• Establish and manage the Service Delivery Team to deliver services to iptiQ EMEA L&H
• Ensure appropriate management of the workload of the team including the allocation of resources
• Implement frameworks to incentivize staff to deliver high quality deliverables to tight deadlines with effective and efficient processes
• Develop and report important team metrics
• Communicate transparently with key partners and clients with regards to team performance and specific tasks
• Ensure strong people development including the training and development of team members

The team has a number of responsibilities, focusing on key areas:
• To provide administrative support for the business as usual activities of our Third Party Administrators (TPA) including assisting the managing and tracking of day to day queries.
• To handle the receipt and distribution of the Service Reports and Management Information from Third Party Administrators (TPA).
• Provide reporting for all distribution partners and operations management across all jurisdictions
• Support the delivery of all customer literature and correspondence for new and in-force deals and support translation into local language
• Build and maintain effective relationship with internal employees, including where required our Third party Administrators (TPA).
• Supporting other ad hoc iptiQ Operation team projects and activities as required.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Minimum base salary for this job from 1500 EUR gross/month/full time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits.*

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2) or Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2) or Dutch - Upper intermediate (B2) or Polish - Upper intermediate (B2) or French - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Strong Partner Communication and expectation management.
• Strong leadership competence and a strong endeavor to manage and develop staff.
• Able to handle workload across different staff members.
• English is iptiQ's business language and therefore essential. Additional language skills are required from one or more of French, Polish, Spanish, Dutch & German
• Strong written communication skills in these languages is a requirement to ensure appropriate customer correspondence
• You are organized and logical in management of tasks and workload
• You have strong social and communication skills; you are able to demonstrate a clear and articulate standard of written and verbal communication
• You have experience managing work across multiple teams and facing off to key contacts & employees
• You are Customer Service driven with a real passion for high quality customer care
• You strive for accuracy, attention to detail and quality
• You are happy working independently and collaborate strongly and actively with others as required especially in a virtual environment
• You are happy to work in an area that is fluid and developing - in addition, you are comfortable in multitasking in such an environment.
• You are proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint)
• You have experience in Life insurance administration and operations.
