HR Recruiting Services team, as part of the HR Shared Service Centre in Bratislava, has been growing since its launch in 2014. The team actively supports recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates during recruitment process in locations throughout EMEA and the US. You will be one of 7 team members cooperating in order to ensure clients satisfaction in the recruiting phase. This role is a part of the pilot connected to Future of Work project and you will be in the close cooperation with Organization & People Development department.

Your main responsibility is to advise business and HR partners on assessment tools and process, professional debriefing of results (both group and individual) and to ensure a high quality and continuous improvement of the line manager and candidate experience.

You will closely collaborate with the Strategic Resourcing & Talent team that builds and maintains a portfolio of state-of-the-art assessment solutions. The portfolio covers both hiring and developmental needs, including online and onsite psychometric assessments.

This role includes responsibility for translating psychometric results into meaningful information for our line managers, candidates and employees that inform important people decisions and individual development.

The main tasks and activities are:
Prepare and facilitate professional debriefing of online assessment results with hiring Line Managers, candidates and employees (both group and individual, onsite and virtual)
Oversee and coordinate debriefing activities globally and ensure continuous improvement of a professional and efficient process
Oversee and ensure a high-quality and cost-efficient portfolio of debrief providers (incl. external providers)
Create and maintain supporting materials (e.g. participant guides, facilitator guide)
Provide trainings and info-sessions about online assessments and psychometric tools to HR colleagues and Line Managers
Support the Strategic Resourcing & Talent team in building and evaluating the assessment portfolio

Jazykové znalosti

Anglický jazyk - Stredne pokročilý (B2)

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

Qualified Occupational/Industrial Psychologist
University or business school degree (Psychology major is desirable)
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience of applying assessments (personality, motivation, ability, behavioural event interviewing, in-trays etc.) or 5 years experience in role of: HR Generalist, HR Partner, Recruiter, Coach, Development Specialist or Teamleader
Certified and experience with SHL products (e.g. OPQ, Verify ability tests etc.) is a must
Practical experience of assessment/development centre design and delivery
Strong at working on multiple priorities, working both independently and as part of a high performing team, in an ambiguous and vibrant environment
Ability to execute in a dynamic, changing and matrixed environment
Strong can-do attitude
Excellent communication and presentation skills (Inc. storytelling)
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, other languages a bonus
