About the role

• Opening, closing and maintenance of investment accounts at banks and in internal systems
• Supporting the Custody Relationship Management team (reporting, project implementation)
• Administration of reinsurance collateral – Letters of Credit (LoC) and Non-Cash Deposits (NCD)
• Communication with local and global teams, as well as banks and clients
• Suggesting improvements for tasks and processes

We are open to have this position filled as full-time/ 80% part-time or as two 50% part-time roles.

About the team

Our Asset Management team creates an efficient operating environment which supports all financial market activities conducted by Swiss Re. You will be responsible for the opening, maintenance and termination of investment accounts set up with our global network of custodian banks effectively contributing to an infrastructure which facilitates a quick investment decision making process within the company. An exciting part of what you will do also involves instructing and administrating reinsurance collateral in the form of LoC and NCD, making sure our reinsurance business is adequately collateralized. Our responsibilities furthermore include supporting the day-to-day bank relationship management, KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and execution of related legal agreements.

Nice to have:
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or another related degree
• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Basic knowledge of French or willingness to learn
