Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
This position is part of the Portfolio Management & Analytics department. You will directly report to the department head and be responsible for efficiently running administrative tasks and executing underwriting governance related activities.
General administrative tasks: you run calendar and travels, organise meetings and workshops, prepare minutes, craft presentations, maintain and develop our SharePoint site and provide support on special projects.
Underwriting governance related activities: you handle Corporate Solutions' portfolio steering process including the quality assurance of steering presentations, orchestrate the Underwriting Centre Head community interactions, support the production of our Underwriting Newsletter and the administration of our governance tools. On all these tasks, you will work closely together with your team colleagues.
