Job description, responsibilities and duties

This position is part of the Portfolio Management & Analytics department. You will directly report to the department head and be responsible for efficiently running administrative tasks and executing underwriting governance related activities.

General administrative tasks: you run calendar and travels, organise meetings and workshops, prepare minutes, craft presentations, maintain and develop our SharePoint site and provide support on special projects.
Underwriting governance related activities: you handle Corporate Solutions' portfolio steering process including the quality assurance of steering presentations, orchestrate the Underwriting Centre Head community interactions, support the production of our Underwriting Newsletter and the administration of our governance tools. On all these tasks, you will work closely together with your team colleagues.

About the team
We play a central role in various core activities within Corporate Solutions. We are responsible for running the Portfolio Steering processes, driving analytics and portfolio insights, and building high-quality reports. Furthermore, we ensure a proven Governance and Compliance frame in close cooperation with CorSo's Underwriting Centre Community

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

• You bring sound commercial background and experience in a comparable function
• You are proficient with MS Office programs (especially power point and excel)
• You pay strong attention to detail and accuracy in delivery
• You are a self-motivated, enthusiastic teammate with a strong can-do mentality
• You can prioritise your tasks and work independently on multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• You have strong interpersonal skills and flexible attitude
• Your have good communication, presentation and creative writing skills
