Job description, responsibilities and duties

We, the regional OPD team, are specifically accountable to synthesize and bundle these solutions in a practical and impactful way and are together with the regional HR teams, co-accountable to implement and land the solutions smoothly. We also watch BU-specific initiatives across the Region consistent delivery to the business.
You will be joining a high-performing team with a variety of competencies, skills and experience, committed to improving and shifting our culture.
•Ensure that OPD Digitised learning solutions are delivered through the right channels to employees and clients across the globe.
•Design, administer and handle all audits end to end needed for quality control/quality monitoring in learning administration as well as other OE platforms where deemed necessary.
•Preparation, curation and updating of support materials, including digital formats / platforms and when required moderate on-line sessions.
•Advice, design and develop innovative OE services and solutions in close partnership with internal services guides and external vendors introducing innovative solutions
•Ensure high quality of services and a smooth collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within OPD

As a Solutions Partner will do project management of innovative, digitised learning solutions. You will be an intermediary between your internal clients and external digitised learning vendors: you will help business to formulate their needs and ensure delivery from the vendors. You will support learning and knowledge products aimed for helping business growth and effective development of Swiss Re employees. Together with OPD (Organisation and People Development) Specialists you will also assist with planning, organisation and delivery of various people development, learning and talent initiatives. We do not necessary need you to bring all of the relevant experience, but passion.

We in OPD (Organisation and People Development) are responsible for the design, planning and landing of various people development and learning initiatives and programs. This includes blended, classroom and digitized learning as well as other strategic initiatives such as Strategic Resourcing, Talent Management, Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion. OPD crafts the culture for business impact by providing simple, creative, and commercial solutions for current and future business challenges.

Personality requirements and skills

Technical Mastery
•Preferably previous working experience in Learning delivery practices ideally complemented by experience in project management
•Preferably an experience in designated area of focus (Learning Management, Digitised Learning, Gamification, Social Media, Client Training, Alumni and Retiree Networks, Communications & event management).
•Typically with University degree or equivalent in Computer Systems, Instructional design/Business Administration / Economics / Human Resources
•Typically solid IT skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Captivate, MS Office/Lotus Notes/SAP/Knowledge platforms)

•Speak the financial and operative language of the business. Excellent command of spoken and written English
•Strong administration skills with attention to detail. High focus on execution and results
•Analytical mindset
•Strong project management skills, ideally with a consistent track record of leading global projects
•Ability to work in an ambiguous environment that requires risk awareness
•Experienced working in an integrated and winning way with the business' agenda and various partners
