What will be your core responsibilities?
• Interact daily with team members and colleagues in Underwriting, Operations and International Business team across Swiss Re offices globally
• Administer Network partner policies (assumed reinsurance) as part of Global insurance programs, from setting up a submission to finalizing the policy in the system
• Review, check and gather insurance and legal documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness in internal systems
• Build and maintain the standard operating procedures and guidelines
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for the IT-automation of currently manually entered lines for the internal Risk Transfer Solution
• Help develop our internal systems by participating in the User Acceptance Testings, suggest improvements, participate in roll out of newly created system for International Business and perform manual entries until we reach automation
• Involve in large strategic initiatives and projects
• Prioritize your workload to fulfill the service standards towards our clients and legally binding deadlines

Your additional responsibilities will include:
• Keep an overview of the contracts which are due for processing and which will be due in short time, plan the work ahead
• Compile, sort, review and verify data accuracy using source documents, detect errors, and initiate correction, respect guidelines
• Cross team collaboration with Technical Accounting, Business Services and International Business community
• Follow-up on outstanding documents or items

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
