Job description, responsibilities and duties

The role will have a number of responsibilities, focusing on key areas:
•Supporting the delivery of all customer literature and correspondence for new and existing deals across all jurisdictions including where required translation into local language.
•Supporting live deals from a Service Delivery perspective ensuring services provided are fit for purpose and provide a quality customer experience in conjunction with the Operations team.
•Supporting other ad hoc iptiQ Operation team projects and activities as required.

The role is split up into two areas as detailed below:

Product Document Management (Customer)
1.Managing the approval process for all documentation
2.Manage internal stakeholders to meet agreed targets
3.Support product managers to define new product features

Service Delivery
1.To provide administrative support for the business as usual activities of our External service providers including assisting the managing and tracking of day to day queries and issues relating to business as usual activities.
2.Monitor SLAs and service excellence to achieve customer satisfaction and excellence
3.Assist in the operational oversight over outsourcing partners and IT vendors
4.Support in the gathering and creation of reports for various stakeholders.
5.Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

iptiQ EMEA is part of Swiss Re's Life Capital division which manages all our life & health primary insurance portfolios across Europe. iptiQ is a start-up, established to deliver innovative protection solutions sold to consumers through Distribution Partners. Our team delivers the coordination, infrastructure and capabilities key to driving forward this new business, while working closely with the rest of the Swiss Re Group.

We are establishing an Operations team within Bratislava which will support the iptiQ Operations teams across Europe. iptiQ is a Luxembourg based insurer with Branches in UK, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands. iptiQ's Operations team supports the delivery of iptiQ's growth for these locations and other countries across Europe, currently Spain & Poland. We are looking for visionary and creative self-starters to undertake these key support roles for one of Swiss Re's strategic initiatives.

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2) or Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2) or Polish - Upper intermediate (B2) or Dutch - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

1.English is iptiQ's business language and therefore essential. Additional language skills are required from one or more of Polish, Spanish, Dutch & German
2.You are organised and logical in management of tasks and workload
3.You have strong social and communication skills; able to demonstrate a clear and articulate standard of written and verbal communication
4.You are Customer Service driven with a real passion for high quality customer care
5.You are happy working independently and collaborate strongly and actively with others as required especially in a virtual environment
6.You have the ability to multi task in a dynamic work environment
7.You are committed to accuracy, attention to detail and quality
8.You are happy to work in an area that is fluid and developing
9.You are understand and live iptiQ culture and values – can do and proactive attitudes.
10.You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel is important
You have experience in Life insurance administration and operations would be an advantage.
