About the role

Your tasks will include:
• Performing testing - assessment of effectiveness of assigned risks, controls and procedures of the SOX framework
• Documenting all testing and findings in accordance with GIA methodology and professional standards of Internal Audit
• Proposing actions to mitigate identified business, operational or control risks
• Performing other position related tasks as instructed by supervisor

About the team

As a junior member of the Group Internal Audit (GIA) Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) audit team in Bratislava you will have a unique opportunity to participate in testing of internal controls over financial reporting. You will support the audit team in various roles, including reviewing documentation of processes, risks and controls, testing the effectiveness of controls, collecting documentation, and communicating with teams across the globe. You will have a unique opportunity to learn principles of SOX framework.

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

About you

Requirements:
• University student in the field of Finance, Accounting, Auditing or Data Analytics
• Some previous work experience in audit, accounting, administration, or other relevant experience (preferred, but not necessary)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a must

Personal skills
• Fluency in English
• Able to deliver precise and reliable, well documented work, within agreed deadlines
• Good eye for detail
• Good team player
• Willing to go the extra mile
