Swiss Re Bratislava will be continuously growing and therefore we are looking for Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This position will be great opportunity for candidate who has previous experience in recruitment as part of daily agenda. This position offer opportunity to be part of our growth and support the right hiring decisions for our business.

Main duties:

• Perform full lifecycle end-to-end recruiting (including such as consulting with hiring managers on recruiting approaches and processes, candidates sourcing and management, suppliers management, interviewing, offer management).
• Develop and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, HR community and external suppliers.
• Proactively identify and source specialist profiles in restricted candidate markets by maintaining a network of contacts to help source qualified specialists.
• Develop and maintain thorough understanding of organizational culture and jobs content, and use that understanding to help candidates fully recognize the opportunity.
• Develop and maintain high quality internal candidate pipeline and ensure that existing talent within company is effectively used.
• Promote consistent use of the recruiting system, produce recruiting reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of all recruiting activities managed.
• Represent the company in events such as job fairs and other community events.
• Implement and drive Employer Branding / University Marketing activities.
• Cooperate closely with colleagues in the local HR team as well as with other HR teams and functions globally.
• Participate in or lead HR related local and global projects.
• Identify gaps in internal regulations and give feedback in this respect.
