Team Lead Interview Coordination provides leadership, direction and prioritization for Interview Coordination team. Being a part of HR Support Center Bratislava, the team consists of 10 people with and is supposed to grow further. The team primarily supports HR Advisors, HR partners, the hiring managers and applicants in all tasks related to interview scheduling for the US, Switzerland and UK locations. The team is responsible for proper interview process, in particular organizing interviews, applicants' correspondence, travel costs reimbursements processing and job postings.

Team Lead ensures the team provides services in desired time and quality. Also that relevant expertise in the team stays up to date and ensures the team maintains high-level customer service. In addition, Team Lead will be responsible for performance management, resource management, team members' development and coaching. Team Lead maintains good relationships with internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
• Lead the Interview Coordination team of 10 people who are responsible for interview scheduling for positions in Zurich, US and UK
• Direct line management responsibility for Interview Coordination team (resource planning, feedback providing, performance reviews, training, development and growth support, communication, attendance, etc.)
• Act as a catalyst to change and supporting business in moving to the next level
• Drive initiatives and projects related to teams portfolio, contribute to HR initiatives and projects as needed
• Continuous optimization of current portfolio, processes and procedures in close cooperation with HR Service Delivery team
• Drive for high customer satisfaction within given framework and constantly improve internal processes and procedures to increase client orientation and effectiveness
• Ensure permanent knowhow build up for own staff on process changes and new tasks taken over by the team and drive standardization of processes
• Responsible for KPIs management and achieving target goals (reaction and resolution time)
• Responsible for tickets management and workload/tasks distribution
• Establish and maintain strong communication channel with all HR stakeholders
• Ensure strict adherence to HR processes, policies and guidelines

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Proven people management experience (2+ years).
• Proven experience in leading a diverse team, preferably in multinational/ virtual set up
• Proven experience in people development and leading initiatives and projects
• Experience with working in professional customer service environment
• HR experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Proven ability to create relationship and network and maintain relationships
• Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information and situations as well as to communicate effectively with all levels of leaders and employees
• Service and Client focus
• Strong influencing and communication skills including operating across cultural boundaries
• Fluent in English, German is welcome
