Corporate Real Estate & Logistics team provides various facility management services for Swiss Re Bratislava location. It consists of several subdepartments: Building Management, Functional Management, Workplace Management, Internal Services and Reception team.

As a part of Internal services team you will be responsible for:

• Pantry services
o Regular refill of supplies
o Regular refill and basic cleaning of coffee machines
o Internal catering accessories management
o Dishes supply management
o Distribution of occasional refreshments (quarterly basis)

• Refill of stationery supplies
o Regular refill of stationery areas
o Regular refill of stationery in meeting rooms

• Catering services
o Supervision of catering deliveries from external supplier
o Maintenance, discharge and return of internal catering accessories

• Mail services
o Distribution of internal mail (preparation for distribution)
o Distribution of incoming mail
o Collection of outgoing mail
o Notifications of incoming packages to recipients
o Deputy for team colleague for processing of mail

• Meeting rooms
o Check of rooms for tidiness
o Report all damaged equipment
o Regular cleaning of whiteboards and LCD/plasma screens
o Quarterly update of meeting room binders

• Distribution of corporate posters and internal promo materials
• Quarterly updates of Safety & Security boards
• Monthly check and refill of First Aid Kits
• Support on new building project as instructed by the Team Leader
• Support for other CRE&LO teams
• Performing of other position related tasks as instructed by Supervisor

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Elementary (A2) and
Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

We are looking for a person who enjoys the daily contact and communication with client and who is ready to adapt on constantly changing environment.

- Secondary education
- Previous experience as service provider is an advantage
- Good communication skills with people on all levels
- Customer focus
- Organized and flexible, good time management
- Comprehension of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Slovak language: written and spoken fluency
- English language: basic proficiency
- Client centricity is a natural part of your personality.
