About the role

Your main tasks delivered in English and Hebrew (or any other) languages:
ensuring proper entries in Swiss Re tools (responsible for data quality in the systems)
monitoring processes and reminding of pending tasks and deadlines
data gathering, reviewing of the client portfolio and reporting
preparing and checking contractual documentation in compliance with the guidelines
preparing summaries and presentations for client visits and events
establishing & maintaining strong collaboration with client facing staff
cooperating and coordinating tasks across internal teams
other specific tasks as required by internal clients and/or line manager

About the team

You will be supporting the client facing teams, responsible for Reinsurance business managed by European and other Branches. We, as Business Coordinators, are the port of call for all administrative tasks and the driving force for their execution, collaborating with our internal partners.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Hebrew - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft Word - advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

About You

Preferred would be: 2 years of working experience in business administration, insurance & reinsurance, financial services.

Any other language fluent (Hebrew would be an advantage)
Comfortable with using Excel, Word, PowerPoint
