Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for graduates who will support different departments in our location, mainly business administration and technical accounting. We need proactive individuals who share our values to join our teams.
You will cooperate with experienced colleagues, complete challenging detail oriented tasks while working on interesting re/insurance requests.
The position-holder is required to work within a set framework of processes and guidelines and continuously improve the situation to meet the agreed set of KPI deliverables.
The role also includes many interactions with our internal and/or external clients (via email, call and even visit).

• University degree preferably in the area of economics, finance, accounting or similar
• No insurance or reinsurance knowledge needed - just passion to learn and perform
• Advanced level of English, both written and oral, any other European language would be advantageous
• Good verbal and written business communication skills
• Team player but able to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Flair for numbers and analytical skills
• Very good comprehension of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Ability to identify & report problems while working with detailed information and various systems
