Swiss Re Bratislava will be continuously growing and therefore our recruitment team is currently looking for Recruitment Assistant to join our existing recruitment team. This position will be great opportunity for candidate with clear and long-term motivation to develop his/her skills and career in HR area specifically in recruitment field. This position offers you opportunity to start/build your career in recruitment area in well-known international company.

Main tasks are:
• Close cooperation with Recruitment Specialists
• Reviewing and pre-screening candidates
• Scheduling of interviews per requests from Hiring Managers and Recruiters
• Communicating with candidates throughout the selection process
• Communication with Hiring Managers about status of hiring process
• Operational support to recruiters
• Work with internal systems in order to track the hiring process
• Support marketing activities (Job Fairs, Cooperation with universities, other marketing campaigns and ad hoc events)
• Cooperation with other HR Colleagues on local and global level
• Opportunity to participate in interviewing process

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Fluent English language, other European language is an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar position in internal HR or agency is an advantage
• Long term motivation to work in HR in recruitment area
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Customer orientation
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivated, proactive and result oriented person
