Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will be responsible for supporting the digital media team and internal clients in handling and maintaining Swiss Re's internal and external digital channels. You will work closely with Group Communications' teams to ensure the effective usage of Intranet, Swiss Re's internal dialogue and collaboration platforms, online newsletters as well as the Swiss Re website.

As a member of the digital media team you will help to run and maintain all digital channels.
You will assist internal clients in publishing content, images, videos, audio files, webcasts, graphics on our website swissre.com.
In addition you will train people outside the team to also use the publishing tools, so they can maintain their own content.

By monitoring, triaging and handling service requests in a timely fashion, you will ensure we continue to deliver high quality customer services. This includes responding to the inquiries and requests coming into the team mailbox.

To succeed in this role you should have experience in using content management systems. Experience in SharePoint and Magnolia welcomed. It is a plus if you bring with you knowledge in areas such as HTML, CSS, Javascript or using code-generating programs, such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, Fireworks or equivalents.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
