About the Team

Customer Experience and Digital Delivery (CEDD) is mandated to shape and improve customer experience and drive the digital transformation within Group Operations, beyond traditional silos and across divisions, services and touchpoints. In addition, the unit delivers managed customer care services on behalf of Group Operations divisions through multiple channels and acts as a single point of contact for customers through the ContactOne portal and a central service desk for all Group Operations services.

CEDD Business Management and Steering is a team of specialists owning and running the Group Operations Solution Landscape Steering process and the CEDD Portfolio Management process. It contributes to the definition of the Group operations strategy and facilitates the transformation of this strategy into a landscape, roadmap and finally into a project and initiatives portfolio.

Other responsibilities of the team are the financial planning within CEDD with the contribution to the Group Operations financial planning process and the CEDD Office with shared services support for the division.

About the Role

In your role as CEDD Office Associate you…
- provide shared services to CEDD departments and units.
- ensure efficient service delivery in line with SLAs, including timeliness and quality.
- actively identify needs of CEDD partners to further develop the shared services portfolio.
- develop behavioral, technical and procedural knowledge and capabilities to enhance and improve services provided.

Main Tasks / Services:
- Provide and further develop Resource Management delivery to CEDD.
- Build and regularly produce/update management reports.
- Provide process support, e.g. tracking of project portfolio, ensuring completeness and accuracy of project portfolio dashboard, regular update of organizational chart, etc.
- Create purchase orders and handle invoices owned by CEDD.
- Support the preparation and management of meetings.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

About You

- You have a University degree/ College degree, ideally in Business Administration or comparable education.
- You have great analytical skills to structure and analyze data.
- You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- You understand the bigger picture, but you also pay attention to detail where it is required.
- You are pragmatic and solution oriented.
- You are a great teammate with the ability and confidence to build pro-active, co-operative and effective working relationships.
- You have good command of written and spoken English. German or any additional language is a plus.
