Regular cooperation and communication with suppliers (also in English)
Search for a suitable spare parts vendors based on technical specifications and requirements
Track delivery dates for spare parts
Responsibility for storing spare parts
Recording of new parts in the internal spare parts management system
Responsibility for improving the spare parts management system
Responsibility for 5S in stock

Information about the selection process
We are looking for a Spare Parts Administrator to our Engineering – Maintenance team. You should have very good organisational skills and to be a good planner. You should have a good technical background in spare parts of machines and comminication skills (also in English language) in contact with suppliers if needs.
