Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Be a part of cross functional international Systems technical group handling the design and development of district heating, district cooling, industrial applications and other related systems containing SWEP’s brazed plate heat exchangers
- Perform and develop (3D,2D) design work and calculations of existing and new district heating and district cooling substation as well as variety of industrial application
- Design the frames, pipe holders and all other equipment related to Energy Transfer Stations (ETS).
- Participate in and/or lead in projects across the globe concerning Systems next generation ETS
- Develop and improve standardization and modularization of existing and new Systems applications
- Participate and/or lead technical investigations within BU Systems as well as with external resources or other Business Units in SWEP
- Participate and/or lead introductions of design tools.
- Product Data Management system implementation within Systems department
- Support and cooperate with external substation manufacturers and suppliers
- Occasional visits of external substation manufacturers and suppliers as well as site installations at customers.
