Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our ever growing sales team. Your overarching goal is to identify international opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships, expanding our customer base. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct territory/market research to identify selling potential and evaluate customer needs in order to maximize the impact of revenue building activities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, unearth new sales opportunities, close deals and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Contract preparations and negotiations
  • Represent SuperScale in front of existing and new customers at conferences and exhibitions
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product and expert teams across the company
  • Support outreach activities to promote SuperScale products, services and brand
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Track sales and status reports and create related documentation

  • Proven experience and success as Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Curious and fast learner
  • Enthusiastic and passionate towards reaching and exceeding sales goals and targets
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritization, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (SalesForce is an advantage)
  • English language on an active professional level
