The Role

We are looking for an energetic, well organized Sales Operations Specialist to support our Sales team consisting of Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales & Customer Success Managers.

You will become an integral part of the team, facilitating team’s activities so as to maximize their performance to ensure the long term success of SuperScale, happiness of our enterprise customers and efficient collaboration of sales with internal teams.

Your Responsibilities

- Supporting Sales activities to ensure the overall effectiveness of the team
- Proactively proposing improvements of processes in the team, including their implementation
- Managing team specific tools, maintaining data in a well organized manner
- Interpreting sales metrics, creating business reports and forecasts, tracking sales goals
- Supporting presentation preparations and other tasks related to specific business cases
- Supporting contract creation
- Cooperating with marketing team on preparations of SuperScale’s presence on international exhibitions
- Close cooperation with Legal & Accounting departments
- Handling other administrative and supporting tasks

All interviews are done remotely via ZOOM
- Our usual hiring process consists of 1-2 rounds of interview.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- University degree in business, legal, tech or a related field
- At least 2 years of proven work experience in similar roles - preferably supporting sales or project delivery
- Understanding of sales principles and processes
- Good grasp of technologies & tools that are usually used by business departments (e.g. CRM or similar systems)
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data for further suggestions on how to improve the sales process
- Experience with reports creation (solid working knowledge of excel, experience with dashboarding tools is a plus)
- Ownership & integrity
- Good communication skills and prioritization skills
- Active English language (C2)
