The Role

Become a crucial part of our progress as its speed will rely on you as well. At SuperScale we are closely connected with modern technologies – from development of our own market defining software products and data analytics to full-game management, we help game studios with their worldwide success!

Your Responsibilities

- you will communicate closely with SuperScale’s managers, analyzing, supporting, consulting and realizing their hiring needs
- you will define role criteria, define position description and conduct job specification
- you will be responsible for the whole recruitment lifecycle at SuperScale from job desc creation to advertising, direct search – local and global, interviewing, candidate assessment to job offers and negotiations
- you will be an internal owner of our applicant tracking system and recruitment processes
- it will be up to you what channel and talent research strategy you will apply in order to identify and track prospective candidates
- you will find, establish and manage relationships with recruitment suppliers eg. agencies/portals/job ad platforms in Slovakia, Czech Republic and other countries.
- you will offer guidance to hiring managers across the company in this area
- you will cooperate on employer branding strategy with the marketing team
- you will be supported by other HR team members, reporting to Head of HR and to SuperScale’s CEO

Information about the selection process

- English CV is our strong preference.
- We will be happy if you could write a few words about yourself and your motivation to join us :) - no motivation letters are needed, simply write it in the body of your application/mail.
- If you are a SW Engineer, we'd love to see your work on Git.

All interviews are done remotely via ZOOM during the pandemic.
- Our usual hiring process consists of 1-2 rounds of interview.
- If you are applying on a specialist position you should expect a home assignment as well.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Educational Specialization

Computer Science or related field

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Bc. degree and at least 4 years of experience with recruiting IT talent locally and internationally
- international hiring should not be outside of your comfort zone
- proficiency in core recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn and knowledge of various job portals
- you should have a deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
- time management and prioritization should be a piece of cake for you
- English language on active level (C1)
- you should have excellent knowledge of the IT market, ability to quickly grasp technology-related topics in recruitment and ability to look for the information/educate yourself proactively so that you understand the technologies and connections between them
- very good negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- integrity and confidentiality
