EU Taxes & Accounting Analyst

The EU Taxes & Accounting Analyst will report to our EU Accounting & Finance Coordinator and will liaise with our International Accounting & Finance team. Will be responsible to support the daily operations and processes across EU, monitoring and analyzing accounting data, producing financial reports and establishing proper accounting methods, policies and principles for the company. The roles and responsibilities of the EU Taxes & Accounting Analyst will include:

• Preparation and filing of VAT returns across EU countries.
• Annual reconciliation of VAT accounts.
• Provision of advice on value added tax to the organization as well as ensuring the organization to be up-to-date on changes in VAT legislations.
• Preparation of VAT manuals per country.
• Assisting with annual tax preparation and accounting audits.
• Support the preparation of the annual balance sheet and Profit & Loss statements.
• Collaborate with international and local finance team on preparation of the intercompany billing in order to optimize transfer pricing.
• Deal with accounting firms in order to meet all tax and accounting deadlines and requirements per country.
• Reconcile Accounting records against business data to ensure management decisions are made based on accurate information.
• Help the EU Accounting & Finance Coordinator to implement best practices and procedures in the EU Accounting & Finance department.
• Support accounting operations and processes across the EMEA region.
• Cooperate with SDI´s International Accounting & Finance team in US.
