Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Procurement Buyer will support implementation of MSP project to all SDI clients in EMEA
• Provide guidance, instruction, direction, technical advice to the MSP ops team members;
• Ensuring teamwork, monitor quantitative and qualitative results to be achieved;
• Develop client relationships based on delivery excellence for the benefit of SDI outsourcing initiatives;
• Support the expansion of the SDI MSP model and transformation activities surrounding change in processing models;
• Initiating and continuously building complex internal and external stakeholder relationships at all levels of leadership;
• Ensure that operational processes and program meets agreed upon customer expectations;
• Work with global delivery team in terms of reporting, client challenges and profitability of program;
• Effectively interface with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and suppliers to negotiate optimal terms for sourcing;
• Meeting targets as per SLA & adherence to process Compliance;
• Preparing and conducting regional negotiations;
• Developing and managing individual or multiple category sourcing plans;
• Achieve cost savings through the approved sourcing methods of the company;

Personality requirements and skills

• Procurement buyer need to have at least 1 year of work Experience in a corporate environment. University degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in executing business controls within operational processes.
• Fluent English (written & verbal communication skills),
• Excel: “Pivot tables”, “Vlookup” and “If” formulas. Used to work with them.
• Strong dedication to internal client (stakeholders).
• Basic Computer/Internet application usage.
• Used to work under pressure.
