He/She will be responsible for:
- management of various tasks related to the administration of the client portfolio
- analyzing documents
- drafting presentations
- preparing research reports
- meetings organization and daily agenda management
- ad hoc translations/interpreting in Slovak - Italian - English
- office supplies management
- and anything else

Personality requirements and skills

- a Slovak native and a good command of ITALIAN and ENGLISH is a must! You will be using it daily at work at a professional level;
- technical or legal background is a great plus;
- experience with public procurement is an advantage;
- positive attitude, willingness to learn;

- organization and flexibility;

- able to work in a multicultural environment;
