Job description, responsibilities and duties

International social media department is looking for a new team member who will support the social media strategy by purposefully planning, creating and standardizing social media content across the system.

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification and support the local teams in implementation of central social media strategy;
• Create content for all strategic and non-strategic marketing campaigns for social media profiles;
• Measure the success of every social media campaign;
• Manage and monitor ongoing projects through social media management tool;
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing and ensuring content implementation on social media in countries;
• Work closely with category/brand and communication managers in order to create the most relevant content for social media and with industry professionals and influencers
via social media to create a strong network;
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content;
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules;
• Prepare proposals for unification of used programs;
• Fulfill all needed accounting and legal requirements when creating communication for social media profiles

Personality requirements and skills

• At least 2 years of working experience in social
media management or related fields;
• Knowledge of social media/marketing analytics
tools;
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels;
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing
(photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills in English;
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, YouTube,
Instagram and other social media best practices;
• Willingness to learn, interested in trials, experiments, and trying out different approaches;
• Goal oriented and good understanding of social
media KPIs.

„Do SM som nastúpil v roku 2012 ako telefonický operátor. Predpokladal som, že nepôjde o dlhodobú prácu v SM, ale okolnosti ukázali, že áno. Z pozície outbound operátora som sa asi za 3 mesiace posunul na inbound, kde som pomáhal zákazníckemu centru s ich projektmi. Táto spolupráca ma v roku 2013 posunula do tímu zákazníckeho centra, kde som vykonával pozíciu referenta zákazníckeho centra so špecializáciou na logistiku. Práca bola zaujímavá a bavila ma. Logistika ma zaujala až tak, že som sa v roku 2017 prihlásil na voľnú pozíciu logistického koordinátora, kde som uspel. Momentálne vykonávam prácu na tejto pozícii, ktorá prináša každý deň nové výzvy a posúva ma ďalej.“
