Full P&L responsibility and accountability for business development and profitability of the KION ITS Slovakia Intralogistics without jeopardizing the co-existing KION brands – STILL SR, Linde Material Handling Slovenská republika.

Your main responsibilities:

• Professionalize and grow business acc. BD of Linde and Still brands within the country with the right resources
• Develop own concepts as well as lead and support execution of central concepts, best practices and guidelines
• Setting bottom-up as well as translating top-down targets into action, monitoring, and controlling of performance targets based on strategic planning/budget and initiate the appropriate measures to secure and develop the business
• ​KION ITS Slovakia Intralogistics team coordination
• Automation development of Linde and STILL sales teams in cooperation with Brand Heads
• Ensure and foster good practice exchange in the Country and with other Countries
• Monitor the market developments thoroughly and provide market feedback as well as prediction and input to business lines and HQ
• Strategic management of suppliers
• Identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, establishing strong relationships with new partners and clients
• Handover of sold equipment at customer sites, supporting optimized deliveries
• Supervising and managing projects from contract signing to delivery
• Compiling online reports and project statistics
• Ensure proper implementation of ITS Project Sales & Realization Process
