Scrum Master / part-time

Responsibilities in 2 areas:

Role 1 = act as a Scrum Master (agile team)

• Manage and facilitate all agile ceremonies
(backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups,
retrospective, demo, Scrum of Scrums)

• Remove impediments
• Sprint management: monitor and present its status,
communicate features and people that will be involved

• communicate and negotiate with other roles involved in the process
• responsible for artefacts such as – product backlog, sprint backlog, increment
• suggest improvements

Role 2 = Perform an audit of agile processes

Expected outcomes:
• Identification of problem areas (must)
• Propose improvements for identified problems (must)
• Implement the improvements (optional – depends on proposed measures)

Form of outcome:
• written audit report

• German and English language courses
• various sports and regeneration activities,
• 200 euros for own sports and regeneration activities,
• fully reimbursed meal tickets (only for PE),
• contribution to supplementary pension insurance (after 12 months) (only for PE),
• bonuses for anniversaries in the company,
• childbirth bonuses
• corporate events,
• 2 days sick day per year (only for PE).
