With the development of the company activities, STEEP PLAST Slovakia is looking for a Quality Engineer who will be in charge of the quality issues on Nitra plant.
Job description/Responsibilities/Duties :
Active knowledge of IATF 16949 – ISO 14001, TS and/or VDA
Ensure the products quality according to clients expectations
Solving of customer complaints – internal/external,
Analyze nonconformity products, investigate root causes of the problems decide on actions
Knowledge of quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why etc.)
Knowledge of quality development tools (AMDEC, APQP, etc.)
Ensuring the supplier quality of incoming parts (incoming inspection)
Following environmental system on a local basis
Internal audits
Setting working standards, supervising working processes
Interface clients for qualification product/ process audits
Statistical analysis, monitoring and reporting
Responsible for quality department
Responsible for second control department

Knowledge of Metrology/3D, dimensions measurement , good communication and interpersonal skills, rigor, methodology in work, good organization skills, you should be an excellent problem solver, with precision and involvement.
2 to 5 years experience in quality field is needed, experience in automotive industry is appreciated.
Knowledge of English language at professional level is a must, French is highly appreciated.
