Job description, responsibilities and duties
Dominion Steelcon is looking for experienced AP Accountant. Our new AP accountant will be responsible for the tasks within the AP area. The position offers interactions with many stakeholders and will have contact with both vendors and internal departments.
Main tasks :
- Registration and booking of incoming invoices and ensure timely approval internally.
- Registration and booking of cash vouchers.
- Payment proposals.
- Communication with vendors.
- Reconciliation of vendor accounts.
- Communication with internal stakeholders.
- Statistic reports , Intrastat.
