• Booking, updating and closing of all the projects in VISMA
• Projects forecast review/control/update along with the Project Managers
• Support in ensuring proper cost allocation
• Compile and consolidate reports from operations
• Stock control in Slovakia
• CAPEX control and review
• Support in preparing the company´s reporting package: monthly closing, quarterly forecasts and yearly budgets
