Job description, responsibilities and duties
Collects and prepares operational data. Analysis of key financial data for real time monitoring vs. plan.
Prepares operational, financial plans in order to meet companies strategy.
Controlling and reporting of KPI´s and IPO
Job controlling closed/ongoing with respective project managers/operation.
Make operational financial analysis for management strategic decesions
Prepares operational annual bugets (IPO), monthly forecasts, implements budgets controls and deviation analysis
Sets up and tracks operational financial KPIs.

Creating new orders in the system
Control of production weekly reports vs. target anr review of production reports.
Control and discution of IPO with production and MD
