Area Manager – Lead & Elevate Retail Excellence!

What you will be doing?

Setting & executing retail strategies – ensuring stores meet performance goals and brand standards
Monitoring KPIs & driving sales growth – tracking metrics like conversion, ASP, UPT, and mystery shopper scores
Coaching and leading store teams – mentoring managers, improving service quality, and fostering team spirit
Overseeing store operations – from openings, closures, and renovations to daily workflows
Managing workforce & budgets – optimizing store staffing, approving incentive plans, and controlling expenses
Ensuring top-tier customer experience – aligning service quality with brand expectations
Analyzing market trends & competition – staying ahead in a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Retail leadership experience – 2+ years of team management (or 5+ years in retail)
Strategic mindset & analytical skills – ability to translate data into action

Flexibility & problem-solving abilities – thrive in a fast-moving retail space
Fluent in English & proficient in MS Office
Valid B-category driving license – you’ll be on the move!
