Office Assistant - Intern

General:

The Office Assistant Intern coordinates the daily running of the office, supports local management and visitors, handles administrative requests and queries from Regional Facilities Manager

Specific Responsibilities:

Assist Regional Facilities Manager in data collecting and reporting
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
Oversee property management services, including maintenance of premises and ordering proper janitorial services
Manage Health & safety database; ensures all employees have up to date training and records
Responsible for maintenance of meeting rooms
Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail/packages
Reception duties - answer door, seat visitors and direct them to host
Assist in coordination of corporate events
Support all visitors (hotel and transfer bookings)
Keep office clean and organized to promote an efficient work environment
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Regional Facilities Manager and local management team

Reporting Lines:

This position reports to the Regional Facilities Manager
