Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
As the Logistics Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating all types of products movements and system maintenance of inventory at our stock points. This includes all kinds of processes related to Inbound, Outbound and coordination of warehouse activities. Reporting to Manager, Outbound & Warehousing Europe.
How will you create impact?
- Ensure 3PL provides On-Time delivery execution of customer orders meeting given delivery dates in line with agreed lead times and service expectations, monitor the performance and execute corrective actions
- Invoice adjustment and authorization(signing) for customs purposes
- Resolving daily issues / irregularities / customer complains
- Track and Trace to ensure smooth order flow, accuracy and visibility
- New customer set up- review of customer requirements
- Stock controlling-stock maintenance in SAP
- Rework process planning with the 3PL
- Return processing
- Communication and cooperation across different departments and teams in order to reach the objectives. (Customers Service team, Local Sales/Marketing teams, Planning
