Demand Planning Admin / Demand Planning Intern

As the Demand Planning Administrator, you will help the Demand Planners to gather and process data, update regular reports and support the Demand Planning team in all related forecasting activities and processes.

How will you create impact?

- You will have the responsibility for the preparation of reports for S&OP meetings, illustrating data with graphs and translating complex results into written texts that are clear and understandable.
- Actively support the demand planning team with Power BI reports.
- Manage new product forecast introduction based on marketing inputs.
- Support demand planning team with ad-hoc business analysis.
- Track and forecast trends in sales and marketing, and analyze in detail the data collected to provide management with thorough reports and results.
- Analyze multiple history streams including POS/consumption data, and inventory change projections as well as utilize an advanced demand planning system and reporting engine.
- Systematically identify and work to reconcile discrepancies and close gaps among inputs on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure successful customer promotion execution through effective planning and leverage of key customer event inputs.
- Track monthly forecast error results versus established targets and identify and report on the root cause for forecast error below targets.
- Collect and analyze data regarding customer preferences, demographics, buying habits and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing product demand.
