Job description, responsibilities and duties
Accounts Payable Assistant will help the Accounts Payable Representatives with processing of supplier invoices, chasing of approvals and communication with vendors. His/her role will be also PO management – chasing of missing PO’s, running report of open PO’s and closing the discarded ones, and other requests as assigned by Accounts Payable Manager.
Specific Responsibilities :
• Processing of supplier invoices in SAP S/4 HANA
• Chasing of invoice approvals for non-PO invoices
• Chasing of PO’s (email, communicator).
• Communication with vendors (replying to emails, reminders)
