SpecPage focuses on product-lifecycle management (PLM) and quality management (LIMS) software serving leaders in the food & beverage industry worldwide with our leading PDM suite to reduce time to market and ensure quality and regulatory compliance, including GS1-GDSN integration.
Global role based in our office in Bratislava, reporting to Branch Manager/CFO and your role covers employees in all offices.
Your tasks:
- Set up and drive execution of HR processes in all regions: performance management, compensation reviews, talent management and reviews, development and succession planning, recruitment strategy.
- Provides support to management, supervisor and all other employees in problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Set up HR policies, procedures, programs and objectives for the company.
- Be responsible for recruitment strategy and process.
- To set up salary policies, performance programs, benefit programs and services and monitors for effectiveness.
- To approve hires, wage changes, termination.
- To establish and maintain a positive employee-employer relationship.
- Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affection the Human Resources function
- Act as primary contact with labor counsel.
- Coordinat and select HR consultants, insurance brokers and carriers, pension administrators, training specialists, labor counsel and other outside sources.
