SpecPage, headquartered in Switzerland, employing worldwide a team of 100 people, with offices in Bratislava, Germany, Nederland’s, France, Italy, Sweden, Singapore and USA is a leading provider of innovative software solutions, supporting food and beverage industry in managing specification and innovation. Our modern and user friendly solutions were developed together with the customers to help them tackle the unique and complex processes of quality assurance and product development.

Reporting directly to the CEO located in Switzerland, the Chief Financial Officer and branch manager will be an integral member of a dynamic team located in our Bratislava subsidiary , hosting a team of around 50 staff of software developers, support & project managers and sales & marketing.
In particular, he or she will be expected to understand and contribute to all aspects of the firm’s business strategy and growth plans, including intended acquisitions.
The position requires good software knowledge ( i.e. MS Office ) and some IT skills in addition to great time management and organizational skills, most important of this position is exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with the ability to deal seamlessly with staff members and the management team.

Duties of the positions will be:

• Managing the CFO activities for all our legal subsidiaries, currently in Slovakia, Switzerland, Germany and the US
• Lead a team of 3 staff members and external service partners currently in charge of HR & Finance.
• Take hands-on lead position of developing, implementing, and maintaining processes for budgeting, accounting, invoicing, expenses controlling and cash flow planning
• Implement US-Gaap accounting across the subsidiaries
• Review and monitor company liabilities
• Develop and establish scalable reporting and controlling processes
• Develop and maintain procedures for managing and controlling of internal and external projects roll out
• Setup and negotiate licenses and service contract agreements with customers
• Organizing and coordinating office procedures, operations, and resources to maximize organizational efficiency and effectualness
• Assigning and supervising clerical, secretarial, and administrative tasks and responsibilities
• Monitoring and establishing procedures for office record keeping and ensure the confidentiality and security of data.
• Preparing operational schedules and reports to ensure maximal efficiency
• Implement a comprehensive collaboration and CRM software solution
• Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives
