Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for communicative person with following responsibilities:
• Manage tickets and perform first level problem determination
• Gather additional info linked to cases
• Route the cases to second level support where required
• Assist cases processes until successfully closed
• Applies standard practices and governance rules
• Manages day by day planning
• Interfaces customer project manager
• Manage and create issues resolution WIKI
• Manages and controls escalation
• Writes Documentation for requirements and knowledge acquired
• Deliver training

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Food industry or others

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or
German - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Experience on the customer service role, providing remote IT support or similar position welcomed
- German language is big advantage
- Food industry background is a big advantage but not a must
- Good oral and written communication in English
- Flexible, adaptable and responsible
- Good MS Office skills
- Structured approach for problem solving
- Ability to analyse and solve technical problems related to client products by using troubleshooting skills
- Stress-resistent
