Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Support network and office HW/SW configuration
• Deploy new computers, patches, server monitoring
• Support customer configuration via remote access
o SQL server
o Capacity
o Performances
• Support documentation on technical configuration
• System administration
o Manage our Intranet environment (BackUp / Restore etcc etcc)
o New user creation/configuration
o Security management
• Manages day by day own tasks
• Interfaces customer system engineer
• Perform configuration where applicable
• Deploy/Install and maintain SQL servers and windows server systems

Information about the selection process

Initial 3-months candidate will work within our Customer Support / Help Desk department as part of our standard induction plan to practice and learn our product portfolio and customer base.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization


Language skills

German - Upper intermediate (B2) and
English - Intermediate (B1)

Computer skills - programmer

SQL - advanced

Number of years of experience


Personality requirements and skills

• Good computer literacy, MS Office advanced
• Experience with system installation, IT consultancies/development
• Systematic thinking
• Self- organized
