Implementation Consultant

We are looking for the communicative person to strengthen our professional services team.
Our team is a first point of contact for the customer issues and queries. Our company is growing and that´s why we need more colleagues to make our customers happy. We are supporting customers globally and are responsible for multiple applications developed for the food and beverage industry.
How will your day look like:

Manage system configurations and support customers how to apply the application for food R&D, compliance and quality management.

Manage customer requests and perform second level incident analysis. Become Subject Matter Expert in our products and be able to train the trainer with customers over time.

Your core activity will be communication with the customer and analysis of the reported issues.

This role covers following main responsibilities:
• Manage customer requests
• Gather additional info linked to the reported incidents
• Permanently communicate with our customers per phone or email
• Assist on the resolution until successfully closed
• Cooperate closely with other departments - project management / development
• Manage and control escalations
• Write documentation for the change requirements
• Deliver user remote training
