Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Solving technical problems related to networks, servers, computers and hardware, database management, operating systems and business application systems
• Manage your own time and tasks as well as plan tasks of the team (2 members you included)
• Coordination of computers with related software updates
• Coordination of application functionality with internal infrastructure
• Implementation and adherence to all required security processes and policies
• Creation and management of clear and brief documentation for all assigned tasks
• Coordination and planning of tasks together with external IT solution providers and customers
• Customer support when installing update / upgrade
• Technical support for internal departments (e.g. project management, customer support etc.)
• Responsibility within team for setting up and functioning of devices within SpecPage s.r.o. (printers, internet, new NB, etc.)
• Back up each other in the Deployment Team.
