Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- supporting all departments in the framework of providing customer service throughout the lifecycle of a project
- processing and completing customer visit reports and customer relationship information to an agreed extent
- maintaining an up-to-date overview of the status of all company projects, including monitoring of key indicators
- maintaining an updated open points agenda for all projects and customer relationships and pro-active problem escalation towards the superiors
- support of current projects and project teams, solving individually assigned tasks related to projects

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

starting with 1.800 EUR, depending on qualification of a candidate

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

German – Full Working Proficiency (B2) huge advantage

Hard skill:
• Bachelor or Master Degree
• 2-4 years of experience in the area of project management support within professional services
• Working experience and/or education in Food Industry a big advantage
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of MS Project (Server),
• Knowledge of MS SharePoint is an advantage
• Knowledge of financial processes (e.g. invoicing and budgeting)
• Fluent in English
• German language is an advantage

• Extensive travel preferences
