We are currently hiring an IT Support Engineer with the following skills:
Advanced Microsoft windows
Advanced communication skills
Advanced support for customer configuration via remote access
Active directory administration
Microsoft SQL server

Communication is key – we are a global company, and English is our primary language, so you must be proficient in English. German and additional languages are appreciated. The majority job duties will include technical deployment related tasks. You will be the first point of contact for our clients.

Duties, daily tasks:
• 80% - updating applications remotely on the customer system, customer service troubleshooting, project support for the project managers with technical tasks
• 20% - user administration /Active directory/Exchange/Virtual machines administration, monitoring and enhancement of internal infrastructure in Bratislava, management of internal applications

Primary responsibilities:
· Perform application updates and installations
· Troubleshoot the issues reported during the updates
· Support customer configuration via remote access
· Deploy/Install and maintain SQL servers and windows server systems
· Daily communication with the customer, customer IT
· Support IT Hardware such as Network equipment, Servers, Desktops, Storages etc.
· Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure
· Resolve trouble tickets assigned

Other responsibilities:
· Create and administer clear, concise documentation to avoid recurring issues
· Participate in IT projects and other group projects
· Cooperate closely with other departments - project management / development
· Collaborate and provide input for IT support team progression
· Complete administrative duties associated with service tickets according to process and procedures in a timely and accurate manner
