Job description, responsibilities and duties
In this role your tasks will include day-to-day operational work but also include project-related work in a multinational environment where you can count on an established team that seeks additional engineering support and expertise. Responsibilities
- Ensure that systems and infrastructure are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues
- Work with software developers and software engineers to ensure that end to end development follows established processes and works as intended
Implement and deploy software, updates, fixes, and provide Level 3 technical support to improve customer experience by reducing the occurrence of errors
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
- Create & Operate cloud infrastructure (IaC, performance/cost optimizations,…)

You possess fluency in English, a results-oriented mindset, and are comfortable with adhering to deadlines, which can sometimes be tight. You demonstrate a willingness to enhance your skills and knowledge concerning the platforms you'll work on, understanding both their technical aspects and their business applications from our partners' perspective. You are a proactive and creative problem solver who knows when to seek assistance and, when necessary, is prepared to challenge the status quo.
The essential skills we are looking for include:
Experience with public OR private cloud infrastructure (Azure, Cloud Foundry)
Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Working experience with a CI/CD setup
Configuration and managing databases like MSSQL and Oracle
Excellent communication skills to support our internal clients with their inquiries and incidents
Nice to Have Skills:
PostgreSQL and Mongo databases, proficiency in MSBI tools like SSIS & SSAS, a background in developing applications for large companies, and an understanding of ITIL processes including incident, problem, and release management, You are well-equipped for IT roles requiring diverse technical skills and process knowledge.
